I often wonder how people arrive at that sense of ‘I’m whole.’ Where do they find the anchor for it? Especially when your entire life has been shaped by false beliefs about inadequacy or not-enoughness. If there’s no real evidence in your world that you’re whole, then what holds that belief in place? Saying it in the mirror isn’t enough; you can know it’s just words.

For me, that anchor has been my faith in Jesus. That’s where I found my identity in Christ and a sense of salvation that feels grounding and real. But it makes me curious: where do others find that certainty of who they truly are? Where do they locate that deep, unwavering sense of self?

This is such a great post. There's so much here. Love how you reframe burnout, bringing our scripts and our bodies in too.
